Is the iPhone 5S with Apple Watch Series 0 in 2020 Worth It

 Hello, this is Maestro MO. Is the iPhone 5S worth it in 2020? The iPhone 5S was launched on September 20, 2013. It has a 4" screen, 1 GB of RAM, a fingerprint scanner, and 16,32 or 64 GB of non-expandable storage. It has an 8MP back camera and a 1.2 MP front camera.

Camera 

The main camera is good, but not comparable to most 2020 phones, but the front camera is alright. Let me show you some sample pictures.

Connectivity and Battery Life

This phone is a 4G enabled phone, and it can connect to WiFi. This phone supports Bluetooth. This phone can only connect to an Apple Watch Series 0! It also has GPS. The phone features a minuscule 1570 mAh battery, this enables it to have about 10 hours of battery life while watching a video and talking/texting. The handset features exceptional call quality and sound. The phone has a headphone jack.  

Security and Updates

The latest IOS update for the iPhone 5S is IOS 12.4.8. This phone features Touch ID and a pin or password. It blocks USB's while locked. You can log in to apps and services using Touch ID. 

Apple Watch

This Apple Watch is the Series 0. You may think the Apple Watch Series 1 is the first, but it is not. The Apple Watch can remotely connect to the iPhone camera. You can install apps, set a password, talk to Siri, make calls, and text on the Apple Watch. 

Software

This iPhone supports the Apple Watch application. The software is easy to use with Siri and search. With 1 GB of RAM, the phone is slow on downloading, loading, and running apps in the background. This phone does not support IOS 13 and higher. 

Hardware

The phone's back is made out of Aluminum and the front is glass. This phone has very slow five-watt charging, it uses a Lightning connector. The main camera is covered in sapphire. 

Are Both Worth it in 2020?

For under 100 dollars on eBay, this may be a good deal. Although there are better budget camera phones, this is an inexpensive way into Apple's ecosystem. Unfortunately, there are no more planned updates, and it has large bezels and a small screen.
