OnePlus took lots of time to talk about the camera of the OnePlus 11. There is a 2x telephoto zoom, and the typical primary sensor and wide sensor. The included Hassablad integration makes the camera application 'fun' per MrMobile.
Another thing OnePlus focused on was next-generation speed. The phone has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, one of the best chips for performance, performance per watt, and battery life per Juan Bagnell. It comes with 12 or 16 GB of the fastest RAM possible and has dedicated ram for applications that need to open quickly. According to OnePlus, the phone should not slow down for 48 months. According to MrMobile, there is still some shutter lag in dimly lit scenarios.
The OnePlus 11 is missing out on good flagship features, however. The is no wireless charging it lacks an IP68 rating and the camera are not as good as Samsung's 799 Galaxy S23 per TechOdysssey.
On the other hand, the 10T has slightly faster charging and had 15 antennas for the best connectivity but that is not enough. The 10T has a telephoto lens an older more power-hungry chip in the Gen 1 and retails for about the same price.
In conclusion, the OnePlus 11 is a better 10T. It is faster, has fast charging, flagship-level cameras, a polarizing design, and great specs, all at the great price of 699. Take my advice though and spend the extra 100 dollars and get the 265 GB version.
