Private Ai is an offline artificial intelligence chatbot for Android phones. It's faster than Layla Ai and it has multiple models. I like to use the 3GB model while less powerful phones can use the 1GB model. Hers how you use it.
Download Private Ai from the playstore. Next, download the Ai module you want. The higher the GB the more accurate it will be. However they may not run as well on low end hardware with limited RAM. Also the models colored in purple are paid.
The models are very fast and do well with short fact based questions. However, when tasked with essays be wary. I asked it to write an essay about World War 2 and after some good factual paragraphs it stated giving multiple letters over and over. It also told me President Biden was a VP between 2017-2019 and was also President from 2017-2021 (and 2023 I (I think) as well, so facts can be a bit garbled.
However, it is accurate most of the time and is very quick. However, I asked it to edit this article and it faltered, so online AIs will still be needed for more heavy workloads. This does make for a good service to replace old text-to-answer services when you need information without an internet connection.
This is a great application, and I would like to see how well it works on lower-end devices, devices with different chipsets and RAM, and iPhones. God bless, and Tech Talk to You Later!!!
