“Color Changing Camera” can do just that. The application is a camera app that can change the color of
an image or video in real-time. As long as the color is not black or white, it
will change the color of the image, and it does a great job.

Guess The Original Color

    To film something, select the color with the color picker,
then tap the screen to change the color. On brightly colored objects, it does
an astounding job, with very little bleed or fragments to show the real color. To take a picture, touch the circle, and to take a video,
tap “video,” then touch the recording button. There is also a flash
