How to time travel with GOOGLE!!

       As you all know, the web is unfortunately dying. Information can be harder to find without the help of AI search engines, and you have to swim through a glut of SEO-optimized articles to find information. However, if you want to find out things that are a bit older and that go into more depth—maybe cellphone hacking in the pre-iPhone days, wardialing, or maybe some news story from 2005—Google has a feature that can help.

        For mobile phone users, use the built-in browser and enable desktop mode. Computers can skip this step. Then go to the tools icon on the far right and click it. Check the far left and look for “Any time,” click that, and you should be able to filter your results around the dates the articles were published.

However, you may still want to go to the second page of Google for good results, as companies often update articles to give them multiple dates to get around this trick.
