Hi Tech Election Sim Hits Internet

Tech wiz and former USGS (rest in trash) politician Jayden Davis has launched a new website that allows you to see the polling data of any district in the United States, the President’s Job approval, and The page opens up with a view of the U.S. House of Representatives, and you can click a seat to see the projected outcome. Lower on the map, you can see a map of the USA and see the lean and polling data for that specific district.

Per Jayden Davis and the website, it executes 50,000 simulations using a Monte Carlo algorithm.

There is a mean margin μ, that is translated as our D-R margin. The model also has uncertainty (σ), which we considered as the standard deviation of error, so technically each race is modeled as Margin ~ Normal(μ, σ).We have multiple layers which also include the correlation structure that simulates the national shock, including state/regional variation. We also added an idiosyncratic race error.

Incidentally, our HS Election simulator uses a Monte Carlo algorithm and simulates the results 10,000 times. This means that the site can project who will win the U.S. elections and is projecting that the Democrats will win the House in 2026 whule Republicans retain control of the Senate.

The site has yet to be tested for accuracy as the 2026 elections have not occured. God bless and Tech Talk To You Later!!
