Samsung Electronics America has launched the Samsung Galaxy Card, its first branded credit card, designed to reward everyday spending with boosted cash back on Samsung products. Issued by Barclays on the Visa network, the card offers a seamless way for users to earn rewards while shopping for Galaxy devices, accessories, or daily purchases. Applications open to the general public on July 22, 2026, with early access available now and an option to apply directly in Samsung retail stores.

Cardholders can earn 5% cash rewards on eligible purchases made directly with Samsung, 3% through Samsung Wallet, 2% on popular streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, and Spotify, and 1% on all other purchases. A welcome bonus provides an additional $200 in cash rewards after spending $2,000 within the first 90 days. The card is available as both a virtual card and a premium metal physical version featuring a black Samsung logo. Additional perks include 20% off Samsung VIP Advantage membership with 5% rewards on purchases or renewals.

The Galaxy Card integrates smoothly with Samsung Wallet, allowing users to store it alongside digital IDs, passes, keys, and more, all protected by Samsung Knox security. Samsung executives and partners from Barclays and Visa highlighted the card’s convenience and value for users embedded in the Galaxy ecosystem. The launch coincides with Galaxy Unpacked on July 22, where more details on the new Z Flip7, Z Fold7, and full Galaxy lineup will be revealed. Terms apply; visit Samsung.com for full details.
