Phoenix, Arizona – February 25, 2026 – TheTechBoy Media today reaffirmed its dedication to supporting and amplifying the next generation of young conservative commentators and creators across the United States.

In line with this commitment, TheTechBoy Media has actively lobbied against blanket bans on AI tools, social media, and cellphone access for individuals under 16. The organization argues that such restrictions would stifle the very opportunities that allowed platforms like TheTechBoy Media—and many other young conservative creators—to emerge. TheTechBoy media is also offering a platform for youth to share their voices on the platform with thetechboy.org/teen and thetechboy.org/jon for high school and college students.

“I must oppose policies that would have prevented a company like TheTechBoy Media from ever starting,” Moshay stated. “If strict age-based prohibitions on social media, content creation, or digital tools had existed in 2020, I couldn’t have built this platform—and neither could the many other young conservatives we’ve supported. Blanket bans that shut ambitious teens out of the modern world would crush the innovation, free expression, and conservative activism our country desperately needs from the next generation. The great teens of the internet aren’t the problem—they’re the solution.” In a recent podcast episode, Moshay directly addressed young creators facing bans in the United States and beyond, including in Australia: “I am here for you, and I am with you.”
